What do you like about our programs and activities?

The gym is family friendly, appropriate for all fitness level. Multiple classes, comparable to other gyms, but not sa intimidating. Instructors are friendly and encouraging

I like the variety in classes. Thought my favorite are Zumba and Yoga. Great instructors and clean environment. Love this location!!❤️

I am a water aerobics person. Christina tries to get us instructors--and that is all I ask. Try. Not always the best fit, but she does her best.

I like almost everything!
I am especially grateful for the attention applied to requests for certain items - like getting the water fountains to be cool again.

Now, if the free weights area could get a few more collar/clamps for the barbells, that would be great. I am always having to search and "borrow/steal" some, when it seems that it wouldn't be too expensive to just have a few more sets, perhaps??

Laura Luth is the best water fitness instructor, so friendly and fun! Can’t remember all the names of the different yoga instructors but they’ve all been excellent.
