I really enjoy the classes, kick boxing, HIIT, cardio. But the track and weights are also something You enjoy.
Good positive and committed instructors and good variety offered of fitness classes. Seeing community of friends of all ages there
Friendly staff great hours
Variety of classes, good instructors, friendly staff, nice facility except women’s locker
Swimming pool is the only exercise that I am allow to practice but the facility and the cleaning are the most important things for me to recommend to others.
lots of new friends, relaxed attitudes, good teachers/leaders
Classes are offered in the evenings and on the weekends. The periodic Saturday events to try out classes and teachers is great. The spaces are clean with ample lighting. The machines are intimidating, but there are enough strength and barre classes to improve strength.
Love the Pickleball players
I like the afterschool program and the school out and summer camps available for my son.
Variety is great. Love everything. no complaints. I just need to go more often!
My Marist daughter loves your facility. It is spacious and has ample amenities.
The classes are good and fun. The facility is clean.
Several different options and times to choose from.
I love the Cowart Y. You're close to where I live and the membership fee is reasonable. Group fitness classes are good though more evening strength/cross training classes needed for my schedule. I find the instructors really super. The lifestyle center (big room with machines, treadmills etc.) is good and has everything I need. Wish you would enforce (kindly but firmly) the rule - I think it's a rule - about no cell phone use in the life style center. Some people don't seem to care. This will take more than another sign on the wall. People should clean off mats and equipment when they're done too. The bike room is really great - the bikes are of good quality and having them in permanent spots is a real improvement over the previous arrangement with bikes along the walls. Bike room isn't really big enough to do Y-fit classes comfortably though.
Just moved here and enjoyed the Saturday expo to try different classes. I belonged to the Rec center in Forsyth county before moving here. I like that there are evening classes here along with morning classes to choose from. There is also a wide variety of class choices. The one class I really miss is a TRX class
Programs are wide ranging, for all ages.
Offering ticket packages to sporting events makes an evening out affordable.
Updating equipment to keep up with new trends and having knowledgeable staff to help make you feel comfortable in trying them out.
Everything is included, friendly staff, clean
I enjoy that the kids have a place to swim, play basketball and soccer. For myself, I enjoy that I have space to workout freely.
flexible schedules; child care
Family friendly atmosphere.
Great classes, variety and teachers.
I liked the teen workout program led by Morgan where she taught teens how to workout.
I like the gym too.
I think the pool should be changed to saline from chlorine.
I use the weights regularly and run on the track when the weather is bad. That's all I have time for. The weight room is well maintained.
I love your yoga classes and the whole facility is really nice.
The Coach Approach is a terrific program.
Like the programs for Seniors, but would like to see the class on Mondays and Fridays at 10:30 start closer to on time.
