I love the indoor walking track, because it very safe for me I am 70 year old walking outside can be very dangerous and uncomfortable. On Sept 11 2022 a man chase me in the streets attempting to assault me thank God I was able to run.This is my main reasons I join the YMCA for my own safety. This man had mental health issues….. I love being around the nice people and staff. I had flashbacks for couples of months after that incident. I am a survivor with the blessings of God.
You have what I need to stay active and convenient classes to take during the week. Also the staff at the Y, is professional, courtesy and knowledgeable. Thank you for the love!

The Y offers comprehensive fitness facilities and consulting from smart, helpful people. The prices are reasonable and the locations are convenient. It’s a terrific value. Plus, I’ve discovered the benefit of access to Ys across the country as I travel.

I love the East Lake YMCA facility, especially the pool, hot tub and elevated track. I'm also consistently impressed with the staff. My only complaint, and it's not minor, is the lack of cleanliness in the men's locker room and in the pool area. I don't feel like attention is being paid to detail and that both areas could be much cleaner.
