Zumba is my new go to. Treadmill is sort of boring. Such a individual event. Zumba allows you to dance, laugh and have fun all in one. Plus, Nicole keeps me up dated on all of the hit songs and dance moves🕺

It has been wonderful being able to use the indoor track during the winter months. While I signed up for the track, I'm excited to try some of the great classes! I used to be a member of the Y in college, and I love being back. Super nice, clean location. The team here is lovely.

me a lot, having more energy, burning calories, self esteem and the instructors are Amazing, I look forward to coming to the Ymca and I have met some great people. Wish I started coming sooner and yes I would definitely recommend this place.Ms.Linda has truly been an inspiration to me she’s says keep moving and don’t stop. The Entire Staff from the Receptionist to all the instructors kudos and thanks for all you do.
