Alfreda does a great job with the 6 am Tues and Thursday interval class....
Over a year ago the pool staffing was funky with never opening at the same time (life guard may or may not show up on time). I was glad when the pool opened at 5:30a so you have time to swim and then go to work.

It's close proximity to my house and the staff is always friendly! I enjoy working out on your update equipment and will start looking at classes to take in the near future.
