Instructors are enthusiastic and engaging.
The staff is very friendly and approachable, and I can see, especially in the pool area that there is supervisor/staff interactions and training happening. The pool is a community center and a great place to relax with its floor to ceiling windows and the view of the wood.
Great facility (except the ladies locker room) and really wonderful, helpful, welcoming staff. I’ve tried to recruit several of my friends to come join me, and a few are ready to get back in the gym.

Use primarily the weighs area and the pool. Both keep very clean and well supervised.
I love the classes and amazing teachers. I attend Zumba and Kickboxing and both Nicole and Keith are great teachers. They are encouraging and make working out fun!

Our home YMCA was Wade Walker but our 1st visit to East Lake changed that. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk provided me with all the information I needed and even offered to show me where everything was. The lifeguards on duty went above and beyond expectation! They actually walk around engaging with the guest and enforce the rules. One lifeguard in particular, Clayton Jackson, offered and provided some swimming tips to my daughter and niece. After he learned my finance cant swim, he extended his services to us again. On the way to pick up our cards, the same employee greeted me by last name and asked how our experience was. A1 customer service!!! Currently were about 15/20 minutes away from this location . Were moving out of the area and will be about 35/40 minutes away but will continue to make the drive to come to this location. Thank you for the experience.
