Great weight room and overall facility!
Everyone is very nice and there are so many classes. I love the water classes in the evening!
Instructors are great!
Strenght, Boot camp, Yfit and Hiit classes are mainly very good, especially Terry H. is excellent instructor! We would hope more classes during the weekend, the ones there are, are very crowded and on Sunday there is hardly anything on offer. Also during the weekends you do close very early.
In the mornings we would like to have some classes starting at 6:30 or 7:00.

They are very nice, very clean and they have many machines and equipment and the aerobic classes we live them.

The current variety of classes offered helps one mix up work outs and get a varied full body cardio, strength and flexibility routine set up.
The variety of group classes and the various times they are scheduled.
The various activities, are scheduled throughout the day to met the time for most of the participates.
The instructors are great! I like the idea that there are coaches to assist to help keep you on track..My husband takes full advantage of the coaching program with good results

I like the large variety of group fitness classes offered. I like that they are offered multiple times a week and often multiple times on the same day. It makes it easy to fit fitness into my schedule. The instructors are all very welcoming. Making a point to greet new people in the class. Been a very positive thing for me since I joined in the fall.
