The current variety of classes offered helps one mix up work outs and get a varied full body cardio, strength and flexibility routine set up.

There are activities for all ages and in flexibles schedule.
Loved the nature trail! Loved the interaction with front desk assistant, Paulette as she informed us of various activities in your facility and warned us of the sun going down which might have us get caught in the dark. We shortened our walk as a result of her advice; otherwise we might have been in the dark!!

I like the variety of exercises classes. I wish that instructors communicated more so that they didn’t target the same muscle groups 2 days in a row.

Love staff and day care center. The cleanliness of the building and equipment. There is always room to do work out. Lots of classes and kids' activities. Plenty of parking and not too far from the building or too busy with cars from other businesses which it would be really difficult for us that have small children.
All of your activities and facilities are wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful !
