all good, except the online registration process could be improved. the online registration is not very user friendly and most of case needs physical visit and chances of losing the spot in high.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love this Y! But not being able to use the rock wall seems like a waste :( I understand it for safety, but if you get belay certified (like the rock climbing gym I go to) you get a certified card and can use any wall—so you should be able to use it!!! At $60 monthly I am most likely going to cancel to keep my rock climbing membership. But if the rock wall was open I would stay 100%!!!!

The place is great. We like the activities and the people working there. My only suggestion is to keep cleaner the chemical restrooms, there weren’t much people to have them so dirty.
