I think the Y is a great organization. I have been a member for at least 20 years. I enjoy the pool and water aerobics classes mostly. I am a senior member and need the pool and hot tub to maintain my mobility and good health. The Y must keep the water warm enough in the regular pool and have the hot tub working all of the time. I have gone there many times when the pool water was ice cold. The reason has been the same for 20 years—the hot water heater is not working. The hot tub is frequently down as well. Both the pool and the hot tub should be kept in good working order and warm enough for swimming (pool).
Spacious facility. Various activities. Most importantly friendly and helpful people.
So far like the gentle yoga, Pilates and barr group exercises classes. But not the Zumba.
I love tai chi and senior strength with Augustine!

I appreciate the simple basics of the weight training room. A staff member is always present to assist if needed. And the facility is always clean, including the locker room. Very important.
We definitely like the group lessons, the long opening hours, the friendly staff and in the summer, the outdoor pool of course

It is great for me that the Y opens at 5am and that there are so many programs available to attend. My membership with Ed Isakson Alpharetta Family YMCA is the best gift I have ever given myself!

I like using the pool. The locker room is clean, and I like that there is a lifeguard and that you reserve your lane, unlike at other gyms.

My daughter is in swim team and loves it.
I attend the gym and use the private shower facilities. The gym meets all of my needs. It would help if there was a better coat rack in the gym because the one in there is too small. It would also help if a digital scale in the locker room. The private showers have light bulbs that need to be replaced. A plumber is needed to adjust the shower heads.
