It’s very welcoming when you walk in. The staff is amazing and the facility and equipment are new in excellent condition. Thank you always for the great experience.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

So much fun!!! The classes are great and the staff is so very friendly professional and helpful. I have some really cool new friends and I am having a blast working to build my total body strength in an enjoyable way. Not sure why I had not join many years ago.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Everything from the classes, to the pools, to the staff, to the diversity. Really, everything. It's a community center, not just a gym. It offers a rare "third" space in the urban sprawl where people can meet and mingle.

I love how clean and big the place is, also a very nice inside and outside pool. Love the Alpharetta location .

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The gym is clean, has nice views of the trees outside, and is not too loud or crowded. In the group classes I’ve attended, instructors are knowledgeable and provide clear direction, and the other attendees are welcoming.
