The weekly classes are great.
The new equipment is very easy to use and motivates me to keep up with my exercise routine. While most of my exercise consists of a daily walk, I use the treadmill when it is raining or when it is very cold. I also use the weight machines and love the new equipment.

I’ve mostly done the spin/cycle classes. But every class I’ve been to has been welcoming, fun and challenging! The instructors are great! And the classes are fun!

I LOVE that I have a clean strong whirlpool to get in to. It really does with the body and mind well.
I would like more activities though for ....I hate to say the word...seniors. I don't feel like one....but I guess my mobility makes it so that I can't jump around. I wish that I had more choices than having to get in the water. And those classes are limited. They don't meet my schedule needs.
And I'd like more activities that stimulate the mind as well as body. If your mind is stimulated...you will want to get your body moving. And if we connect with others that go to the YMCA we are more likely to go more often. ..and encourage others to join.
Outdoor pool with the slide and the rock wall are awesome features.

Family friendly and fun atmosphere. And it’s relatively near our house.
