I love the strength training area. All the coaches on staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I try to work out at least five times a week and have tried other locations, but am always glad to come back "home."
We like the gym and we mostly exercise on our own with access to a coach if we need/want it. Never too crowded and always well maintained and clean.

We love the Y! My husband uses the fitness center most mornings. I enjoy the group fitness classes. The instructors are awesome - Elsa, Christine Neely, Sean, Karen, Megan, Robin ❤️ I have also enjoyed the community of friends I have made through the Y. My daughter is on swim team and it is the best kept secret in Alpharetta. Fantastic coaches - Carlos and Juan Carlos. It is a great group of kids and parents.
