Decatur Dekalb YMCA has so many opportunities to work out that it's easy to take advantage. The staff are ready to help with your workout or class. I feel very comfortable using the facility as it's always clean and safe.

I really appreciate having small class sizes. I actually have a pre-paid membership at LAFitness and never go because the classes are too crowded. In terms of COVID, I feel a lot safer at the Y when I take mid-morning classes because we aren't packed in.

The equipment is well maintained and the staff is friendly and willing to help.
I have only used the pool. I like how well organized the pool schedule is, and that I can get a solo lane. It can be difficult to reserve a lane, but I understand why.

THE YMCA IS GREAT!
Love love love love the YMCA! Decatur has exceptional instructors esp Lloyd but the classes - Dance Party, TurnoKick, Body Pump, Zumba etc. are all outstanding and positioned at a very high level.
I love the sauna, tread mill, pool, indoor track at the BUCKHEAD Y.
Really miss the sauna at Decatur.
Love the reciprocity program and scholarship program!

I mostly shoot baskets on the basketball court but I’ve taken some classes and enjoyed them. Fun and good workouts.
The programs I like are offered, the gym is clean, and I feel safe under COVID restrictions.
So crowded and a few people were not wearing a mask.

Great classes and instructors
i'm a big fan of the Y's Spin classes. The instructors are amazing! I also love the way the Y supports the community by providing food when they can and making sure those who cannot afford a membership can still be a part of the Y.
