I’ve only used the pool and whirlpool facilities. I find it clean, especially the women’s area and family changing areas. I am also impressed with the child care facilities and play areas.

Great
Zumba Gold - This class is a great class; you go at your own pace. The instructor is very energetic. The only thing is having a sub. instructor when the Zumba Gold instructor is not available. An letting the member know in advance when the class is cancelled.
Senior Strength & Cardio - an excellent class for seniors with mobility issues. Ms. Rosser is amazing and very reliable.
Yoga/Easy & Hatha (Sara/instructor), are great classes. I appreciate Saras' easy approach in both of these classes.
Have just rejoined so not a lot of recent experience but it is a nice facility for a reasonable price. The trainer was very nice and helpful.

Swim lessons are awesome!
The Dance Party is amazing, and I'm a treadmill person. I like that there is a track around the top of the gym, but I wish it was just a little open and airy like Buckhead and East Lake.

Like the selection and choice of equipment in gym and the cleanliness of the facilities. Also like the pool, hot tub and sauna.
