They are varied in style and intensity; I can get a solid workout in the morning with body pump or barre in the morning, and wind down with hatha or meditative yoga after work. There are many time slots available between my two studios, though less so lately, which means usually there is something I can squeeze in to maintain good habits and a supportive environment.
I like the very friendly attitude of all those who work with you. Ifind the classes excelent and equally friendly and minded to share advice.

I use the weight and cardio room about twice a week. I like that it is busy, but not too crowded and that the staff seem to know me and check on me. They notice when I have not been in a while too, which keeps me accountable!
