I can't attend the classes at this point as my knee is still healing, but I love using the gym. Walker is my Coach Approach man and he was great training me on the equipment. Terrence is also a wonderful presence and so helpful when I need a question answered. I love the Y!

I use the weight room and cardio, primarily Jacob’s Ladder. I like the expanded hours.

I love the group classes. The YMCA family environment is very supportive of the people with disabilities and the elderly.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Lots of elliptical machines and treadmills. Lots of resistance machines (though need one more knee Flexion machine) staff downstairs is friendly.
