Decatur-Dekalb YMCA has so many different classes and programs for all ages and fitness levels. The staff is always helpful and available for questions. Facility is clean and well kept.

I really appreciate access to the childcare center. The caretakers there are wonderful--I see them really taking an interest in my son and going out of their way to help him develop and enjoy his time there. As a mother, it's truly priceless to know that my son is in good hands so that I can exercise and take a bit of time for my health. Thank you!
Classes are great!
I especially like the wellness program. I had the opportunity to meet with a coach for creation of a strength training exercise program which is helping me meet my goals.
I enjoyed watching a yoga instructor with her class. Also I really enjoyed observing a energetic leg kicking class. Awesome!!

There are such an assortment of classes to choose from, along with adequate cardio and weight machines.
