We have been absolutely thrilled with the gymnastics program at the Decatur-Dekalb Y. Kim Castro runs a superb program that very effectively balances top-notch training with genuine sensitivity to healthy child development. Our daughter has progressed from the preschool beginner classes and is now on one of the competitive teams, where she has had a fabulous experience and achieved more than we would ever have imagined possible. The coaching team is superb and caring and the kids have a wonderful time. Thank you, YMCA!

I like the mixture of ages and fitness levels you see.
However, I wished you would offer Line Dancing in an early evening spot for those of us who are still working.

Myself & daughter do the exercise programs and use the gym. My son is in soccer and basketball. This is great because it keep the kids active and helps socializing skills
Love the variety of classes offered, that new ones are introduced frequently. Also, appreciate the equipment in the gym - there’s enough and enough space even when it’s busy.
Lastly, the BEST part about the Y is the amazing staff in the play center. The twins love coming to play, and I love having a great place for them to be while I exercise.

Eastlake has a great pool, like the cardio room at Decatur
