What do you like about our programs and activities?

Body pump, dance/Zumba classes, yoga, classes that meet at 5 pm on week days, the variety of classes and frequency of classes. Enjoy cardio equipment too. Wish you did silver sneakers program through Medicare Advantage

I like that everyone is super friendly and gets along. I live the body pump classes and spin. I also love that it is affordable and a good location.

I feel like the Y is my extended family. For me, The class instructors are skilled and caring and the facility offers a wide variety of workout equipment and exercise options. For my kids, the camps are fun and educational and the sports leagues offer amazing coaches who love the game.
