You have a lot of classes and the facility is clean
System to Schedule line hour at pool could be easier.
I have not availed myself of the classes, but my husband and I come and use the equipment for about an hour. Our goal is twice a week. We are most appreciative of the excellent equipment and the cleanliness of the gym. We often walk a few laps around the upper basketball court to finish off our hours of machines. Sally is very helpful when questions arise and she helped me adopt a program that she thought would be good for my age and experience. It is a pleasant experience, and I so appreciate the facility and the friendly people who work there. I particularly appreciate the No telephone rule. One time a woman talked very loudly for about an hour. She was not even working out. Please continue to hold fast to that rule. Everyone was annoyed by her! Thank you for your efforts to make it a great place! Name removed

We love the parents night out, and the kind caregivers at the play center. I can workout and know my kids are having fun and being safe.
The group exercise classes are routinely excellent. My Pilates instructor in particular is excellent at teaching technique, and creating a warm, fun, friendly environment to do our exercises.The YMCA feels like a community.

Long hours open - This enables people to come in and use facilities at various times, and decreases crowding.
Great gym, always clean and weights are available. The place is well-taken care of. Wish the Decatur Y would take note! It's closer to me, but I will drive the extra miles to come to the Buckhead Y.

The pool and family changing rooms were perfect!

I don’t often make it to the Buckhead Y, my home Y is Decatur, but by far and away the best class offered at either is the Y Cycle Beats by Andre Taylor. He is easily the best Spin class instructor anywhere as far as I’m concerned.
Pickleball courts are awesome!
Lots of good classes and a good looking pool. Showers are good too!

The Y really works hard to devise new, relevant classes and programs. I like to see more new concepts.

Yoga!
Barre fusion is an amazing class and Jenn T is a fabulous instructor. I go to classes like 2-3 times per week since July and I am happy to report I have lost like 5 lbs and gained a lot of muscle tone. It has been the best decision to start coming to this Y regularly.

I dont think the organized sports are organized at all but I love the facility. Use it to work out on my own. Wish the hours were better tho…longer hours on the weekends please!
