I think the programs are very well put together. I do wish there were more water exercise classes. I also miss that there are no longer towel options. It is a huge inconvenience. That is the one drawback to other gyms.
I am a founding member (my husband was John Glenn). After his death, I quit going to the Y so my return is recent and I am very impressed with the upgrades and improvements. The facility has always been impressive and now it is even more so. Add to that my Coach Approach person, Sally White, and I cannot say enough good things about that program. I am also very impressed with all the programs offered and available to all members. The Y has always been wonderful! It is just more so! Golden, truly golden!

yoga, meditation and yin yoga are my favorite. my husband loves the hot tub and we like the outdoor pool during adult swim
