Will, the trainer is great . I like the machine room and the treadmills. Also many of the classes are good , times could be better in the afternoon

I attend the Carl Sanders Y. I use the exercise machines and have been very motivated by working with my fitness coach, Sally.
Classes designed for seniors that are challenging with knowledgeable instructors who offer fitting optional moves to keep all engaged.
Enjoyed the recent pickleball tournament — very nice courts
Weight room and machines.. you need more machines for women, ie our butts.. the donkey kick machine is good.. all machines are geared towards men.
The program director for seniors is outstanding. Maheen is very caring and professional and always puts seniors concerns first. She is an asset to the YMCA and one of the main reasons we attend this YMCA facility.
