A great facility that is reasonably priced. The variety of programs offered on a weekly basis are suitable for every interest and age group.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have an excellent trainer there, Sally White. I appreciate the number of exercise classes. The expansion makes working out easier and the facility less crowded. I'd like to take advantage of the pickle ball option. Staff is friendly.

We have an 18 month old daughter who is currently taking swim lessons with Miss Michelle. She is the best!

Love working with trainer Sally White. Have not taken any classes yet, but plan to in the future. have enjoyed learning to use the equipment.

I would put your friendly staff at the top of my list.--Both at the desk and the personal trainers.

I rarely take a class because I prefer the freedom of coming in whenever I can get there.

I just enjoy coming to workout on the equipment. And sometimes swim and take a spin class. I also like the diversity — young, old, black, brown, white, etc..

I think the variety of group classes is excellent. All of the instructors I've had are knowledgeable and so willing to help if you need a modification.

Coach approch has proven to be valuable to me in past years.
