Thanks for a great swim
I mainly use the indoor pool. My wife uses the treadmill-type machines. She likes the fact that the room has windows and natural light. The indoor pool is a good - though without goggles the water really bothers my eyes. Also the indoor pool is a little too busy.
I love the power yoga classes taught by Cheryl G. She works all the muscles, challenges your strength and flexibility while keeping your heart rate up. I have knee and hip problems which sometimes pains me (age: late 50s). The exercises are like physical therapy; therefore, I don't need any pain medication. Good to see great instructors. Thank you Y!

I like the classes, not as excited about where the weights have been. Need a little more room to lay out mats to stretch.
It's a wonderful facility! Great range of programs and activities, and the staff are very personable and engaging.
I like the welcoming staff, the towel service, and the aquatics center.
I enjoy everything about the YMCA and the programs for youth and adults. It’s great that there are activities that are catered to all types of people from all walks of life!

Early morning yoga and early morning pilates classes for beginners/seniors!

Suzi is a fabulous instructor/communicator/inspiration!
I enjoy the classes but would like to have more gentle stretch class.
I e mailed the carl sanders ymca to add more gentle class with Janice who teaches on Wednesday.
I got a reply that they will add more classes about 4 months ago and have not seen any new classes on the schedule.
I spoke to the instructor and she has availbitly but has not been asked to add more classes.
Very frustrating.

I love Parent's Night out. I wish that it was offered more often. I also love the friendly staff and that the outside pool was kept open until the end of September.
I love that genre are so many group exercise classes. All instructors are great too!
Pilates with Kerry Anne on the weekend - would enjoy an additional class on the week days in the evening.
I only use the pool, the staff is always friendly and the facility is in great shape.

Excellent facilities and a wide variety of programs, something for everyone.
The Y used to be a great place to work out, but sadly there are too many people allowed to occupy the workout machines while texting, using up 8 to 10 to 15 minutes between sets while someone else could be doing a set of reps.
The Y offers so much! To me, it is a mood lift just to be there! There are wonderful programs in place and seems they are always adding and enhancing. Would like to see more of the Farmer’s Market again.

There is something for everyone at any level of fitness. Friendly and helpful staff. Diverse population where all are accepted and seem to get along with each other.
