I love the class offerings!

I am always wishing that some of the classes (strength/boot camp) were 45 min classes a few days a week. Would love to see this in the future!!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I came for the weights machines due to arthritis in hands that makes it hard to lift free weights. Machines are great, and Coach Bill is even greater. I haven't liked weights machines in the past but am excited about them now. Also the Arc machine. I plan to check out some classes soon.

Everything I get for the affordable price of the membership makes it an incredible deal. Great programs and activities! I volunteer once and every time I get I try the different classes you guys offer everyday like yoga.

Child care, group fitness classes, free weight and cardio section, friendly staff, playground, pool. I love it all!!!

Everything is clean and well laid out, I would like to see some benches in the machine workout room so you can catch your breath without tying up a machine. Dressing rooms are well designed and clean.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love spin class instructors Chris, Marty, and Andre. They don't talk too much, give great instruction, and have music that matches the instruction. I appreciate the spin class added back to Thursday 5:45 am. Kimberly is a good instructor as well.
I love the complimentary coffee in the mornings. I love the sauna. I do wish the stream room had more steam. The flow isn't very consistent. Staff is friendly and the facility is very clean and nice. Friday morning yoga is fabulous!

Variety of activities for all ages. Each person on the staff is terrific. And the facility is beautifully maintained. I am so glad that I joined.
