What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like that there are activities for all ages and all levels of physical fitness. I do water aerobics and senior strength. I would love swimming lessons for seniors, since I don’t want to be in a group with 13-year-olds and don’t want to pay for private lessons.

There are a wide variety of classes at all different times with some great instructors. There is NO excuse not to work out at the Y.

My first visit. Staff was courteous and friendly. Facilities are well planned and more than adequate.
Parking and access are convenient.
