What do you like about our programs and activities?

The sauna and the use of the cardio machines. Also the spacious tables and sitting areas downstairs that allows you to do some some studying before working out. I could spend hours there.

I love the sense of community at the YMCA! And I love a large majority of the fitness classes offered. Great workouts in efficient timing!

Wide variety of classes and activities for all age groups, but the staff members are what make it a pleasure to visit, especially Octavious (fitness assistant).

I love the variety of classes offered. I enjoy varying my routine and taking different types of classes. I enjoy spin, pilates, bar, and strength.

Great facilities and very nice people.

Wish you would do something about some patrons who sit on workout machines and text for five or more minuets between sets, holding up others who might be waiting to use the machine.

Lots of variety.

However we would like additional lanes in the lap pool. I am a slow swimmer so I do not like sharing lanes with such experienced swimmers.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the group exercise classes offered and that I have access to the pool and walking/running track, as well as the outdoor pool.
I, especially, found Janice's Restoration Yoga class most beneficial. She is very knowledgable in providing the member exercises to benefit healing and that aids in restoring a problematic muscle area. I saw improvements in myself by being in her class.
