I come to the Carl Sanders Buckhead for one reason only, Lilia Romano. She does the best dancing and cardio strength class that I’ve ever taken. She runs an amazing class, pushes our cardio, and pushes us regardless of age. I currently drive anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes just to go to her classes. I would drive even further just to take her classes.

You offer various activities for kids
The facilities are first rate and so is the staff. Apparently most everybody agrees; the weight rooms are full of people. I can still get a 14 position workout finished in about 30 minutes, however. And the whirlpool and sauna can come in very handy.

This is my first time coming to the Buckhead facility, and I was a little nervous. Amanda, my instructor, was warm and welcoming. She made feel at home.

The pool always has a lifeguard on duty, and the water temperature is comfortable for lap swimming.

It’s a great facility. The classes, instructors and members are all friendly and welcoming. My overall mental and physical health has improved greatly since joining.
I love Spin, although I've reduced attendance as I don't like the new space very much. Never have a consistent bike anymore because of having to move them and much of the time, screen is out on some of the bikes. I love and appreciate the new studio space for independent workouts as there just really wasn't a consistent spot for that before, but recently while using the space, we were told a class was coming in so had to move, which was confusing as I thought that was reserved for independent workout space. Very disappointing. The sauna and steam room are nice, but steam room is not very "steamy" compared to any others I've used. There are very long pauses between when steam is on so for a while you're just sitting in a seamless, wet room. Staff is always great. Morning coffee is super kind! Love Holiday Hustle! The HIIT feature on treadmill is awesome.
I have been attending Active Senior classes. They are always challenging yet interesting and fun. That is because all 3 of my regular teaches are great and make me look forward to attending! Plus I have loved meeting and getting to know the other women and men in my classes.
Love Yoga - wish we had a TRUE Tai Chi class - that is one that actually does the form and not only the exercises.
The Y is wonderful! We are especially thankful for your trainer Ana. She is absolutely the best! Her work with my mother has done wonders for my mom's health, confidence and happiness! Ana guides her clients with expertise, care, compassion, and fun! She has truly been a blessing for my family and we are so thankful that the Y has such great experts on their team. Also the community at the Y has been wonderful for our family. My mom has become friendly with many regulars and looks forward to her time there, talking with people and connecting has been a regular occurrence. Thank you for fostering a community of support!

Ana’s 5:30 am HITT class is the best!
The facilities were in great shape. There was ample parking available that day, and all machines and other equipment was in great shape. There were ample, well maintained, large lockers, and shower facilities etc..
Overall, the facility appears to be much better maintained than the YMCA facility that I usually go to.

Please add more swim exercises. During the evening and remove 30 min timer on the treadmill. Add more social activities for ppl that are single not only for families. Have a singles meet up or something
