I really like the indoor and outdoor aquatic center, and the various fitness activities you can join.
The programs and activities are designed with everyone in mind. They are great for families and singles, young and seasoned people. The Y is all inclusive, with plenty of opportunities with no discrimination. I Love The YMCA!
My only hesitation to recommend it is the fact that it is a bit crowded there. Not being able to get into a class, unless a set reminder for 24 hrs in advance, is irritating. Hint….if a class is not full to capacity on a regular basis, it needs to be scrapped and a popular class needs to take its place….then we would all have more “good” classes to choose from. Also, maybe limit folks to 1 class per day (or 1 in AM and 1 in PM).
But if you are going limit class sizes you need to have some sort of sign-in system…..many people think the rules don’t apply to them and simply show up with no consequences.
Also, because the classes are SO full, people who show up late (after class begins) should not be allowed in…..it is very disruptive and disrespectful

The teachers are very good. The classes are good. I just wish you had more of them and it was easier to get in. They fill up so quickly.
Cycling instructors are great & the choice of classes is also very good. The track is good for warming up as well.
