AOA. Morning sessions
Dance Zumba yoga
I very much like the classes although signing up can be a nightmare. Sometimes i sign up at 2 minutes after the hour and there are only 2 spaces left. Or ill sign on at the hour and it won't let me and by the time i get back there are many spots taken.
Classes and Sally White
Variety of options for whatever exercise or class desired. Very good equipment.
Family friendly
Why was there a female lifeguard inside of the Men’s shower and locker room area on Thursday March 5 at 8 pm.
The staff and facilities are top notch! I love working out with a very diverse group of people and positive energy.
I love the indoor pool.
Overall very good; however, there are persistent maintenance issues that seem to take far too long to resolve: a few examples - water fountains that do not work, cable exercises that are down for long periods of time, etc. I'm also concerned by the lack of enforcement of Y rules regarding the use of cell phones and the annoying practice of people tying up exercise equipment while they sit and text for extended periods of time.
I like most of your instructors and classes. I do wish you had some HIIT classes and some BARRE classes in the mornings after 9 AM.
jusst what i want/need
Classes are great, so are the instructors. A wonderful community of people
Variety of group exercise classes and great instructors.
Coach Approach very helpful
Swimming pool is fantastic. Good temperature and clean.
Great facility. Wonderful staff!
There’ something for everybody!
Your AOA programs are great. We've highly touted this to many friends whom have since joined as well, either at our Buckhead location or at another location closer to them. Our program has created another supportive community for us!
I mostly use the pickleball courts with friends and the gym where all the cardio.
Both are a joy to have.
Wellness Center
There's lots of variety
The recent changes to some of the leadership for class activities and other areas has been fantastic! The amount of the most desired classes, such as pilates and yoga have opened more accessible times and classes.
The instructors ars fantastic and each offer not only vast experience, but also bring their special and individualized creativity, personalities and energy into the classrooms They are all special and appreciated. The overhaul, expansion and the creative direction in which the exercise programs has been advancing is NOTICED by your new and very long term members, and we are much happier than a year ago. Please keep up the creativity and the great leadership! Maybe every new class or program doesn't hit 100%, but the fact the you are trying varied approaches and adjusting as it makes sense is to be commended.
Clean, very accessible
I like the facility and different options for activities and programs. The classes are fun and the equipment is nice
I love the community aspect of the YMCA - whether you are 5 or 95, everyone is friendly and enjoying their workout/gym/basketball/pool time. The instructors are great and the facility top notch.
Nice facility with good availability for machines
I enjoy the Senior Strength classes, Active Older Adult classes, yoga and Pilates.
Love the classes
The fitness for Senior Adults is mindful of all the areas of a person ex: balance upper body strength, heart health, mental stimulation
There are a lot of classes and events available. The opportunities are varied enough that there is something for almost everyone.

Great staff, plenty of equipment and classes offered.
