Moved from Vancouver B.C. to L.A. California. I packed everything myself, and was surprised nothing was broken!! I even had an all-glass display case that was cheaper to replace that crate. I didn't expect it to make the trip, but had them pit it on the truck anyways and see what would happen. Came without a scratch! Only problem I had was that a couple boxes were left at the warehouse. They found them within two hours and are redelivering them.
Tyler, Heather and Clayton were an outstanding team. They were available when needed even during off hours, very quick to respond and sensitive to the needs of the customer. Providing a sight visit as well as good engagement with the team packing and loading.
The move was complicated with distance, boarder to cross, and weather was very challenging. Clayton was excellent to maintain a very positive attitude with solution for every obstacle Mother Nature provided.
Heather was an excellent and made the cross border move efficient and managed the complexity with ease and confidence.
Tyler was a strong leader of the team coordinating, communicating, providing clarity on costs which were balanced and fair.
As a customer I was very pleased, as was my family, with every aspect of the move.

My move went very smoothly, from my initial interactions with Tyler and Ana to the crews in Toronto and New York led by Antony and Gord respectively. Everyone was polite, responsive and professional. Moves are expensive and stressful so it helps to know it is being done right. I would absolutely use QNM again without reservation.

Everyone that I dealt with were excellent. With Tyler for the estimate, Ana with the keeping in contact and with Terry with the move itself. All were excellent.
It was difficult to find a company who we could trust since there are so many horror stories online about cross-country moving. Since we have never done this before, we started the moving process with confusion, frustration, and many questionable quotes from a variety of moving companies. Finally, we found QMM. They were attentive and transparent with the moving expectations and cost (e.g., our final cost was quite close to the estimate - so no surprise increase - and they provided a detailed breakdown of the costs with explanations for each fee). Ana and Tyler were incredibly helpful answering our questions and making sure that our moving experience went smoothly. The movers from Allied Van Lines were quick, careful, friendly, and very professional. We received everything much sooner than expected and nothing was damaged or broken. It was an absolute pleasure working with QMM and we highly recommend their services.

Everything went very smoothly. Everyone involved were extremely careful and helpful, especially the driver Bevan was super efficient. Our experience was amazing. From start to finish ,Tyler was awesome and patient with all my questions and concerns. Ana was so helpful with coordinating our pick up and delivery times. Our driver Vern the most professional and awesome man . His crew on both ends , Ontario and Alberta, were careful, considerate and professional.
