Our experience was good only problem was there were a few broken pieces. We had informed you when we did the walk through that we had quite a bit of antiques but still some of them were damaged.
The move was a very stressfull time for us but thanks to Anna, Michelle and the the move team who could I think win any Tetress competition my grateful thanks for all there hard work and friendly attitude. It was great that same team who packed the load also unloded it.
I would not hesitate to recommend QMM to anyone who is thinking of or needing to arrange a move.

John was the driver at both ends. John was super professional and great to be around in general. Definitely didn't expect our moving pro's to be so nice and personable but they all were. Did an excellent job wrapping up our valuable items and helping us set things up when we moved in.

Je recommande fortement . Service très professionnel . J'avais fait faire 4 estimés avant de décider de faire affaire avec eux . Impressionnant comme service même s'ils étaient les plus chers , ça en a valu la peine . Si je les ai choisis c'est d'abord parce qu'une amie qui est agent d'immeuble me les avait fortement recommandés , mais aussi parce qu'ils ont été très rapides à me répondre contrairement à certaines autres qui ont pris jusqu'à 1 semaine . Et ce , même si je n'avais qu'un seul meuble à déménager de Toronto jusque dans les Laurentides . Puisque le meuble était très fragile à cause de sa vitre bombée , quand ils sont allés le chercher à Toronto ils ont même pris 2 heures pour bien l'emballer aux moindres détails pour s'assurer que la vitre ne brise pas en chemin . À cause de cette vitre , ils se sont arrangés aussi , à ma demande , pour limiter le nombre de personnes et de transfers entre le lieu de "pick up " et le lieu de livraison pour qu'il y ait un minimum de manutention . Ils sont venus le porter à destination 1 journée de retard mais pour moi ça n'avait pas d'importance . Ils ont été très gentils et trės patients avec moi pour placer le meuble exactement là où je le voulais dans la maison .

I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. As we were moving to the Atlantic Bubble, there were additional challenges with our move. They were on time, sent an excellent crew and handled our possessions with care. I've moved many times throughout my career and this move was tops.
The teams at both ends of our move were excellent -friendly and professional . They arrived when expected. Their experience really showed in how efficient and careful they were with all of our things. Despite us not having as much packed as the team expected, they just got at it. I never thought it could be done in done day, but they cheerfully took on the challenge and proved me wrong.
Had the team leader and driver let us know how much of a problem a couple of trees along the driveway were, my husband would have cut them down. This would have allowed the truck to be backed much closer to the house.
At our new home, the hardwood floors were covered with mats and the stairs and bannisters were protected. Our heavy oak furniture seemed to be handled with ease. Everything was set up exactly as I wanted it. They were patient even when I changed my mind about where something needed to be put.
It was pretty good; the movers arrived in timely manners, and communication with Tyler Zoltek was reasonably timely. It sometimes took a bit of prodding to get communication from our moving coordinator, but that was the only hiccup.
Every single person that I dealt with at QMM was fantastic. Each individual knew the part to play with my move and were very knowledgeable for their own part.

Everything went smooth-- which in my past moving experiences is rare. The movers were on time, the office staff professional and responsive. I received my household goods ahead of schedule-- nothing was broken or lost. The movers even helped move things in my house that were unrelated to the shipment. Top notch all around and I can only say good things about QMM

Great crew packing in London. Very friendly and efficient. Made sure that items we wanted immediately were available when we arrived in Victoria and had to stay at an Airbnb. Their storage partners in Victoria were also a great crew. When they forgot to load a storage locker and we found items missing, they apologized profusely and the manager himself helped deliver them. Moving across country is never cheap but they gave us the best estimate. Would definitely hire them again!

QMM really helped me out with scheduling a last-minute cross-border move during the pandemic. Communication was great and the price was fair. I was very impressed with the reliability of the communications between office and myself. There were three different people before we were done which was a little frustrating but all were competent.
