Moved from Toronto to Halifax. I encountered zero problems along the way. The staff were great at managing my pre-move, stress levels. All around, a fantastic job. Of note, I shipped a vintage motorcycle amongst my stuff. Not a scratch!

- The US Customs form is needlessly complex so you included a form with instructions on how Canadians moving to the US should fill it out, removing the guest work

The entire moving process was streamlined. The company provided all the U.S Customs paperwork with detailed instructions on how to complete it. The movers were extremely nice and always updated me with a timeline for delivery. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole process.
A huge thank you to Tyler, Ana and all the movers who made my Canada-US cross-border move an amazing experience. My spouse got a job in the States and went down early to get settled leaving myself and 2 very young toddlers to pack our 4 bedroom house before joining him. It was quite the stressful task to say the least and so I did a lot of research into choosing a moving company who would make this transition as seamless as possible. Tyler came initially to do an inhome estimate and not only answered all my initial questions, but was extremely attentive to further queries even before I had committed to going with them. Upon choosing QMM, Ana the move coordinator took over and was so helpful. She really ensured that all the required paperwork and documents I needed was in order and that I was in the loop every step of the way. I had read awful moving stories online and was very nervous about the condition in which my things would arrive at my new place. However the Allied movers on both ends were on time, respectful, careful with my home and everything got there without damage. This move was a very big undertaking but because of the fantastic team at QMM it made the whole process easier than I had expected.
Good experience. Professionally done (door-to-door). My international move from US(Kansas) to Canada(Alberta) was way more easier and stress free with the crew.

Even before I reached out to QMM for a quote, I was impressed with their website. We have moved quite a few times and from the first conversation to set up an appointment for a quote to the very last box being delivered; the experience was the best. Kim, Tyler, Alexa, Jim and Jim’s crew provided professional, helpful and speedy service. We made changes in the middle of the move and the team kindly made the accommodations. We couldn’t recommend them more for the least stressful move you can have.

QMM is a moving company that listens and understands what the customer needs. I was moving from BC to southern California and the communication from QMM was exceptional. I contacted two other moving companies and QMM was exceptional in their customer service. Any question I had was answered fully and in fact every thing was so clearly and thoroughly explained that I didn't have many questions. From the logistic officer in Toronto down to the actual movers I can say the service was impeccable. I will definitely use them again if I have to move cross country again. Highly recommend this company. No need to look elsewhere.

We were only involved in the organizing of the move. What part we played was handled wonderfully by Alexa. She was a gem through this new experience for us. Would gladly recommend QMM to anyone doing a move.
We had a great experience with QMM! They were fast and efficient and did a great job on both ends. Also the weight estimate/cost was almost perfect!
There were only two issues: one was a scheduling difficulty - the driver was given a different spread than we were and we weren't going to be there when he wanted to deliver our belongings. But our coordinator, Alexa, sorted it out and we received it the first possible day in the spread we had received. The other issue was around payment - given that we were moving internationally, we were closing down our bank accounts in Canada but didn't have a chance to open them to get a cashiers check or money order in the US before payment was due because of how fast they delivered our belongings. I also believe that even if we had accounts set up and had paid immediately following the pickup, we still would not have had enough business days to complete a wire transfer or e-transfer in time per the QMM requirement. This left credit cards (which we were canceling in Canada and had not yet opened in the US) as our only potential payment option. This was definitely not entirely on QMM as we should have foreseen this as a potential issue if our belongings arrived early, and our coordinator Alexa worked with us to find to a solution.
All in all, we had a fantastic experience, would definitely recommend and use QMM again! Every member of the team we interacted with was prompt, helpful, and did excellent work.
QMM was great, Tyler and Ana were very helpful and communicative in the facilitation of my cross-border shipment. The on-site movers were very attentive as well. I ship material regularly and would definitely work with QMM again.

My cross country move was made absolutely seamless by QMM. I’ve heard such horror stories about moving but I had a wonderful experience. The drivers on both ends were very accommodating and helpful.

QMM provided extraordinary service for our move from Etobicoke, Ontario to Riverview, New Brunswick. From the moment I sent out requests for quotes to a large number of moving companies, I received an immediate response from Tyler Zoltek. Tyler answered all of my questions and concerns on a prompt and timely basis (even on weekends) and the incredible service continued with the help of Ana Santos. The pick-up and delivery team handled the move in a professional matter and were a pleasure to work with. QMM remained in contact with me the whole step of the way and there was always someone available to speak with if I had any concerns. Yes, their price point is a little higher than the average, but you get what you pay for! A long distance move is stressful, having QMM's support made the transition seamless. I highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to hire them for moving services.

The team a QMM were incredible. They were honest and accommodating. It was my second international move with them in 6 months and the team made it easy and wonderful.
The whole team was superb and extremely professional. From initial sales to project management and follow-up, things went (almost) seamlessly in our very stressful move across the country during a pandemic.
Our only hiccup was a change in scheduling which was immediately resolved with a call from our driver, Mike, who explained the situation which was out of his control. The communication was excellent.
Highest marks to our driver, Mike, who truly went above and beyond. He worked efficiently with crew on both sides of the move to get them done in record time. He helped clear us through customs while we were under quarantine in the Gulf Islands (and asked if he could bring us something from the grocery store to help). Honestly, he was amazing!
Thanks to the whole team, we’re now happily back in Canada.
