Yoga swimming
I particularly like our trainer. The atmosphere is always welcoming. There are several programs to take advantage of. The equipment is all we need.
The gym equipment is well maintained and there is an adequate amount of cardio equipment. The class instructors are very good.

Variety of classes and times
We've been out of towel wipes and sanitizer all week. There were a few weeks when downstairs cable machines were out and the water fountain was out. Those repairs have been made (Thank you!) but it was surprising how long we had to wait for those repairs to be made.
The variety and schedule
I like the variety of classes and machines. The staff are always friendly.
I like Ginny’s yoga on Monday at a non traffic time. However lately it’s a bit harder to get a parking spot. I like all the machines that I could try though haven’t yet.
It was awesome! The employees were very helpful and the members were so nice to me. My favorite part is the daycare, it makes me feel good to know my baby is being cared for while I get a chance to workout, thanks YMCA!
spin classes, the lap pool, weights: cross-training (that life-saving workout style) is so easy there. Plus Kaelin and her friendly greetings.
Aqua teachers are friendly, other students too. The aqua classes are also varied according to the teacher, and i like that there are different aged students, and differently abled students.
I like yin yoga as well. i like that toga props are included to use. i like being able to use the hot tub and steam room after aqua class.

Front desk folk are welcoming and kind, and make it feel good to show up to work out. Lifeguards are all nice, helpful and skilled.
Facility is somewhat clean and organized, responded to your email and staff are kind.
Location and cardio equipment and family friendly.
Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. The pool at Townlake is perfect and usually available. Workout facilities are good. And the running trail is just across the street.
I like BodyCombat and BodyPump the best. I need an instructor led workout in order to get a good intense workout. I love being able to use the steam room after my workouts as well.

There is such a variety and great options on time as well. I also enjoy using the weight room and all the different machines if I want a workout on my own. Thanks for being open for long hours too!
The facility is furnished with good exercising machines and exercise programs plus great swimming pool. Child care is provided for all members needing it for their child while they workout…a big plus.
The instructors are OUTSTANDING!! Hooray for the awesome Sarah (Yoga/Pilates) and Maggie (Body Pump)!!

The facilities are well maintained and the staff is super friendly! My one complaint is the end of the womens only hours on Sunday. I was super disappointed to hear the end of that program.
