I only use the gym facilities for the most part. However my daughter used to be on swim team there. The coaches were nice and knowledgeable, but the setting was a bit difficult for her to learn in. She was new to swimming competitively and I think she needed more one on one attention than she received. There seemed to be the assumption of some prior experience by the coaches. I was disappointed but it made her want to quit.
I do love the gym facility itself. Equipment is clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. I really enjoy this being my gym.
I love the variety of programs, classes, and fun activities. The facility is beautiful and is always kept very clean!

I like everyone I have met on staff. They are very friendly and very professional. In particular Annette in the Active Older Adult Strong class really makes that class a lot of fun. Thanks.

Silver Sneaker classes and day care for our grandchild while we're in class.
Good variety but I would like to see more group fitness programs at the 5 o'clock time slot. Like a Step and strong or Pilates class at 5.

In addition to the many cardio and exercise machines, there is a great variety and number of group yoga/exercise classes. I particularly enjoy Sonya Cantu's yoga classes; she is terrific!
The facility is beautiful and well-maintained. Staff members are knowledgeable, professional and cordial. Fellow Y members are friendly and helpful. The 5:30 am weekday opening matches my inclination to start the day early and productively.

Availability of lots of options. And for me mostly Bernadette who has gotten me moving and greatly increased my flexibility strength and balance.
Very accommodating for our whole family. The app is super convenient for a busy family. The facility is immaculate! Beautiful place to get to work out.
