It impressed me as being very organized and clean, especially considering the circumstances we are experiencing. The facilities are well equipped with a variety of exercise machines. The staff seemed friendly and attentive to your needs. The location has a parking area and is close to the highway. All and all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Can't give a general assessment, as I have only been to this facility once; however, the staff was welcoming and attentive, the facility was clean and continuously monitored and re-cleaned. The system they have established during the Covid-19 outbreak seems well thought out in terms of traffic flow, guest spacing, clearly marked "clean/not clean" equipment, cleaning regimes, and availability of wipes and hand sanitizers.
I was impressed and enjoyed my visit.

I walk the track which I enjoy the exercise in a cool, friendly environment. We also enjoy the indoor & outdoor pools when available. My grandchildren enjoy the playground. One of my granddaughters especially likes to play tether ball. My adult grandson likes the weight lifting equipment.
I don’t participate in programs like feel, atmosphere, staff along with all exercise equipment.. great place can’t wait open up earlier than 8:00 am

This particular YMCA has always gone out of its way to be friendly and accommodating. Yes, the facility is constrained by space and cannot expand beyond where it is, but they've done the best they can given the circumstances. We've been family members for quite some time, and we'll continue to be as long as we're here in Austin.
Very friendly, engaged, helpful staff. Very family friendly and not intimidating like the normal gym.
