I am only using the pool. I only wish there were less chlorine in it. . .
The staff is always friendly and positive, while at the same time making sure things get sanitized and visitors keep their distance, even in classes. I love attending the classes and that the pools are open!

Right not we are only participating in the recreational swimming. It has been a god send. I will say last Friday was the first time I felt apprehensive about the number of people in the pool and whether it was really being regulated.
I love the CLASSES and my husband loves the outdoor pool !! The classes and instructors are awesome!
Step aerobics and Zumba
In this surreal time, the Y has done a great job of keeping everything clean, organized, and calm. I feel safe there.
I am happy to be back swimming. The reservations system seems to work well.
Swimning, and children programs, childcare
Great instructors who teach form and encourage growth within the group classes. Many instructors with show various movements based in skill level, so even if you are new you feel comfortable joining in and if you are a long time member you are shown more demanding ways to get more out of the class. The Y has lots of classes scheduled through out the day and week so it's always easy to find a class to attend. Also the free weights and machines are well maintained if you want to add variety or in a addition to the classes
I love the yoga classes!
I came back for the first time Tuesday and am impressed with all the safety measures the YMCA is taking during this difficult time. I have no fear coming to the gym and I will encourage all my friends that the YMCA is safe to come to. I also really enjoyed the pool reservation I made today and will encourage my friends to take advantage of that as well.

Currently I'm only using the lap pool but I hope to participate in classes in time. I've had a knee replacement in the last month and that combined with the Covid restrictions have made me hesitant to join any classes. I do think the Y appears to have done a great job to ensure a safe environment.
I like barre and Pilates classes in particular. Emily Ingram is great!
THANK YOU!!! So much. It was wonderful to go for a swim yesterday with my daughters. Because of the reservations, we felt very safe and socially distanced in the pool. What an important link to normal life for us. Thank you all for being there during this crazy time.
I love the dance class because my teacher, Haley, allows students to choose songs and do the dance moves.
Clean, professional and safe
Safety is number first. I really want to see more activity for older kids. At Southwest Ymca they have activity for preschool kids and limited for second,third, fourth grade. I wish they can have activity balanced.

I have a concern i watch a gentleman with gloves on go throughout the whole time without wiping down one machine Or weight Can you please reiterate to people even if they Have gloves to Wipe the weights and benches
The outdoor pool but miss the sauna everyone is very helpful getting conected to be able to make reservations. Thank all in the reopening I hope it continues for everyone.
I’ve been swimming laps at both the Oak Hill and Springs outdoor pools. Reservations have been easy to make online, 48 hrs prior, and if made early there’s plenty of times to choose from. Upon arrival, ck in has been fast and simple. As I waited to enter the pool area, I watched as some people being tested for temperature, we’re testing too hot simply because ITS REALLY HOT OUTSIDE! That may be a small problem in the future as it’s only getting hotter. The Lifeguards were very friendly and there were 3 working due to all pool areas being used. I love my YMCA!!!
