I’m retired and recently joined Silver Sneakers. I’m amazed what the YMCA offers . The provide an array of programs to meet the needs of seniors. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and maintained. I have enjoyed my time at the “Y”

So far I have done the Aqua Range in Motion class and I really enjoyed it. Plus it is a perfect time for me being at 5:00 because I can go there straight after work.

The staff are helpful and easy to work with. I like the layout of the cardio and weight machine areas. It’s easy to access the calendars for the various activities and programs that are available.

Everyone at the North Y is welcoming and helpful and friendly.
The front desk staff always says hello and wishes me a great day on my way out.
Instructors are great too.
I would like to continue to see variety if classes. Recently have taken Barbara’s Tabata class and it’s awesome.

I love the variety of classes at all levels of fitness, the fun-loving instructors, the friendliness of the people I meet there. There is something for everyone.

I personally love the pool as well!

I enjoy how warm and polite everyone is at the front desk. I come in often for quick workouts before work and being met with such positive energy early in the morning sets a nice tone for the rest of my day.
