Adult swimming lessons! I can finally put my face in the water!!!!!
I enjoy the Intermediate Yoga class on Thursday morning. I've been to the RPM and CXWORX classes and enjoy them. I don't really like working with the machines but will try to do a 30 minute workout on the elliptical machine twice a week.
Staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful facility! I loved the lap pool.
Knowledgeable aqua cardio/exercise instructors. Great classes! I have seen an amazing change for the better in the tone and strength of my body over the past year and a half.

Have only attended one class and throughly liked instructor Barbara and I will be back.
I personally like the smaller size of the facility as I am not overwhelmed. Plenty of equipment with a large variety and selection of classes. It is a very clean facility and never overly crowded.
I take yoga classes at the Y and like them very much. I feel part of the Y community of participants and employees. Everyone is accepting and welcoming. I feel like I belong.
I have been a member of the YMCa for a long time and tried out another location closer to my office.

I love my Y. I attend every weekday just about. I'm heavily involved in the pool classes offered. The new Tai-Chi in the pool class is wonderful. I wish we had a class in zumba gold for seniors especially.
More exercise classes in the afternoons would be nice.
My mornings are pretty full with classes in the mornings.
People at my Y are so helpful and friendly, always call you by name which is good.

Child watch! Your staff is phenomenal. I come to this facility even though it’s farther from me because of the child watch employees!!!
All of the programs are amazing!
I am a grandmother who loves the child care services at the Y. If that service was not available, I would not be able to swim or bike like I do now. The young ladies in child care are so sweet and kind, and I know my grandchildren are being taken care of. It is important for me to stay as healthy as possible as I age, so that I can continue to be an asset to my family and not a liability.
Good variety of classes available after my work hours in the evening
Love the personal training. Reasonably priced and my trainer, Matt, is excellent.
Parking, friendly staff, and layout. Not a huge fan of the new spin bikes though.
