the acoustics of the rooms can be better. it's often hard to hear the instructors due to loud music. some instructors help with right postures and corrections and others don't. it will be good to have that from all.

Friendly , clean
The teacher was amazing. She was extremely welcoming since I said it was my first time back to Core Power in a while. She went above and beyond to help me adjust infromation on my account that was incorrect. Then she was extremely encouraging during the practice and was attentive to each and everyone one of us. After she checked back in not just with me but all my fellow students to ensure we enjoyed our practice.
It’s a nice and clean facility. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The enjoy experience as a whole. The setting, the teacher, the flow and the empowerment of how to connect your mind, body and soul with breath to movement. It's a place where we can connect with oneself and our asana. I LOVED the flow I received at the Walnut Creek studio! It made me realized how much I missed it.
Since covid, I dropped my membership and didn't renew. My daughter on the other hand picked it back up and has found selfcare and more awareness of what she needs as a mom of 2 and a fulltime colligate coach. She is the reason I went back to try a C2 and remembered how much I missed it.
I completed teacher training and worked as a SET coordinator for 4 years in Southern California. I still recommend a lot of my family and friends to CorePower. Maybe one day I will start my membership back up.
Clean studio, it had amazing calming affect. Instructor Rebecca was great.
LOVED LOVED LOVED my yoga flow taught by Miles who enhanced the experience with gentle/soothing/soul satisfying sound bowl serenade during savasana. I wish every yoga sesh ended with restorative (long) savasana accompaniment singing bowls/gongs/rain sticks, etc.
It really encapsulates the entire experience of physical movement/mindful movement/emotions for me.

I like the teachers, the balance of anonymity and the personal, the frequency and timing of classes, the location, the atmosphere, the way I feel after, the way I feel during, the heat!, the support I feel toward strangers on their mats, and myself.
