Dyamen's class has been my favorite for over a year and my practice is heavily influenced by his teachings. He's a thoughtful and inspiring teacher, making sure we learn and progress in our practice - physically and mentally. I love his energy and how authentic he is. I never feel like I have to perform in his class, he reminds us to embrace where we are and to not compare. I'm very thankful for his class and teachings on and off the mat.

I love Yoga Sculpt. I think the Blackhawk studio has some of the best, most engaged, and energetic instructors. The studio is clean, well kept, and lovely. Keep up the great work!!!!
