The instructors are great and I love how many C2 classes are offered! It is a small studio but it is convenient for me and so happy there was a studio opened on the west side.
When I am in San Francisco this studio is my go-to for yoga. Offers a good variety of classes several times through out the day.
Parking is a challenge
The teachers are great and I love how each one has their own stories and has us focus on an intention. Also the pace of the class is great and I like that roles are enforced (like being quiet in the studio). I’ve been to other studios and the teachers aren’t as good and the students are talking in the studio. It’s harder to get into the right mindset. So I love this studio,

I love the challenging and varied poses, the cleanliness, the showers that seem like rain falling overhead, that you guys have locks, the instructor of this class, Tyler, is super positive and says inspiring things.

Its a great workout! The facilities are a bit too small and crowded but other than that everything else is really great!
