Melissa who teaches core restore on Thursdays is a beast. I am sad she's leaving. Bailey who teaches C1 on Saturdays is also great. Catty was great but she left too.
Tbh all my fave teachers are leaving so I will probably cancel my membership. But if they were staying I would definitely recommend to others
HPF classes FTW! Please add more! Emma and Sydney are great teachers. I would love to workout more with them on HPF classes more frequently every week.

Instructors are great, the place is clean. Most importantly, shower is available.
Aquil is AMAZING and i loved his class! Layout of bathroom is weird though, weird to have bathroom sinks be behind the toliets though

I like that the teachers have good energy and the studio is nice
I had done other hot yoga before, and this is a better flow, more fun, and still a lot of sweat. I like the music and how the teacher pushes to a high level and you can adjust to your level as you go. Friendly teachers are matter of fact, not too paternalistic guru, not too 80s aerobic, just friendly and know what they're doing.
I love the instructors at the NoPa studio. The only problem with the studio is how cramped the locker areas get. Would be great to move them or have more space in between classes.
The instructors are amazing and Mission Bay team is wonderful! Courtney, Hayley, Maddy, Kelsey and Taylor all bring their great energy to the class. I’m literally on my toes the entire class. The Mission Bay location is always clean and very spacious.
