I really really love corepower and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Its just disappointing to hear that the monthly rate went up because after coming back from home for the new year i was excited to sign up but unfortunately cannot afford to do so now. But overall, love the instructors and the ambiance of the studio!

The class itself was great! The instructor was amazing and the studio was clean. However, I feel like this last particular class I was in just jam-packed all of us in the studio like sardines. For context, there was a man to the left of me who was just dripping sweat all over my mat and the woman in front of me with crusty heels would keep stepping over my mat while doing the exercises which both were just overall really gross. I am generally pretty understanding if a little sweat lands on my mat or if someone occasionally accidentally stands on my mat but in this situation, it was just very clear that there were too many people in the studio. My only feedback would be to only decrease the number of people they allow in per class to make the experience better.
I can catch a class almost any time of day because of the multiple locations and hourly class availability.
I also like the consistency in cadence and instruction across board, I feel like I know what to expect no matter what city I’m in

I love CJ!! I can hear him loud over the music. He’s so motivating and fun! I love that the routine was different for each studio.
Erin was totally amazing and she kicked my little booty! I thought the class was so fun and engaging, really got me to target the key muscle groups I was hoping it would, and it was easy to follow along even for someone who is not very familiar with yoga (despite is fast pace). I am very sore and very happy. Thank you CPY and thank you Erin!

Everything about this location absolutely rocks: employees, facility, quality of classes. The one huge let down for me is the class times offered. I really wish there were more frequent and better class times offered because this is my favorite CPY studio in the area :)

Love that it’s heated but never too hot. I get the best workout here, it’s my favorite of the variations I do.
I like the heat, but so far don't understand the relationship between corepoweryoga's exercises and traditional hatha yoga asanas. Interesting how corepoweryoga borrowed from Bikram Choudhury's method of using heat but not his use of yoga asana.

What this CorePower studio lacks in size, it makes up for it in the positive environment the team has fostered there. Great instructors and very clean. I highly recommend!

Warm classes on rainy days. The instructors cues were very good. It was an excellent workout.

The place is clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, yoga keeps me strong, looking good, and healthy.
The only complaint I have is some instructor's music can be too loud such as Mitchel (Thur 6 pm at Duboce) that I try to avoid. He is good otherwise.
