small classes, good instructors
Instructors are great! I love the classes, they are consistent with the level but always bring something new or challenging that make the workout fun. Also everyone in the studio is really kind, which makes the experience as a whole, great.

I really like how empowering the instructors and other students are. You can go at your own pace and work on the movements/poses together. there are only good vibes!
PLEASE OFFER CSX at the Fremont Studio. It’s larger than Mission Bay. The women’s locker room is larger and Fremont has better facilities. Fremont studio has much better access to public transportation than Mission Bay. if Fremont could have a full day full offering of all classes for 6 months seems like it could become a great studio.

I LOVE the sculpt classes at CorePower! I frequent the Dubose and Rockridge studios. All of the instructors are fabulous and the studio always clean. : )
I do with there were more sculpt classes at Golden Triangle which is closer to my home.
I love the community, the instructors, the class variety and time offerings, all the studios, cleanliness and safety. I live in a state with few CorePower studios nearby my home, so when I travel, it’s certain that I visit a CorePower! I feel at home and invigorated!

Emilia was so welcoming and remembered me when I returned the second time which I thought was amazing. There are a lot of students. And she is such a calm and kind teacher-while also giving a really hard workout. All the teaches are great. Each one different which I love. It’s very clean and there are so many classes on Divisadero where I go.

Welcoming environment despite the challenging classes. Our instructor was so motivating and great, offering modifications to accommodate people at all levels. The studio is very nice as well, clean and spacious with great facilities.
