I really liked the quality of the studio. The studio was clean, offered water, free mat rentals, and a locker room. The fee for towels was not too bad. I also thought the instructor was very good - he was able to get us quickly through movements without compromising on intentions, the names of poses, and breathwork.

The instructors in HPF classes not only are technically very knowledgeable to challenge us and guide us, but also creating environments that is caring, inspiring and intellectually stimulating.
Facilities were very clean and well kept and our yoga instructor was great. Easy to find parking too
