I always enjoy my classes at la mesa - teachers are nice and studio is close and clean
However the incense before some classes is too much for me - I’m really sensitive to smells and when incense is lit I really don’t like it

The classes are amazing. But I love the sculpt yoga classes, should have more classes during the day and not just 2. And l would like to highlight Caroline G classes Saturday morning. She is the best!

Katie B has one of the best classes I’ve ever taken. It may be packed but the teamwork is in full effect! She brings such a contagious attitude to the practice. Although it’s a tough class it makes you want to come back and crush it each week. Makes sense why it’s always sold out on Tuesdays at 5!

I truly appreciate the genuine kindness and personal attention each yoga instructor provides. The intentions set at the beginning of each class is a nice touch.
The men’s bathroom floor carpet is always wet. I’m sure this is a wet floor feature that gets replaced every five years.
I love this location! I would like if there was a c2 between the 1215 and the 515 one on weekdays but I’ve liked all the classes I’ve done

Wonderful, upbeat and welcoming team at the reception desk. Loved the C2 with Elizabeth, deliberate and focused. The build up towards a pose made me feel safe.

Love core! My only complaint is the amount of people that can be in a class. If the app could show how many people signed up I think that would be wonderful, that way I can decide if I want to join or not.
I love CPY especially in Encinitas
I didn't experience last week where a class got out late and I gave my feedback and it was taken not if treated with respect and I appreciate that.
I love Corepower Yoga, I think it should offer some discount for long term customers to reward them.
