I had the best experience with the Christian Brothers located in Evans, GA. I came in with, what I thought, was a simple patch for a nail that was in my tire. Two nails were found and one was not in the position to be patched. They found a tire, that was not in stock, for my car and someone in the office drove across town to get it so that I could drive my car home that day. I'm a 100% commission medical supply rep and the way they handled the situation is exactly how I would have handled it. The customer comes first no matter how difficult the situation. I cannot thank the Evans, GA team for their help. The front desk manager was so kind and pleasant. My appreciation their service is bigger than I can express on an e-mail.
I did notice that they were open by one of the local coupon/card mailers and I just happened to pass by the location that day when I needed to get my tire fixed. After my experience on Wednesday, I immediately called your headquarters and left a message with a trainer/coach for this location to express my gratitude for their assistance and the wonderful experience while I was there.

Nice facility and staff but the lack of timely delivery of common auto parts delayed the return of my car a day, causing problems. This needs to be fixed or others could be one time customers.

Did the job at a competitive price. Tire going flat. Waiting room was not your plain waiting area usually with automotive ads and products for sale. Coffee and pastries on a tray was a nice touch. Still the key will be a good repair at a reasonable price.

This was my first time using Christian Brothers Automotive and I was very impressed. They called me to let me know of an upcoming issue with my car. I ask them not to do at this time. When I went to pick up my car they had an estimate for the job that needed to be done. I will look at this and call when needed. I am so glad that they are in our neighborhood!

I marked on the night drop off sheet I could be called at 0700 and the next morning was called at 0700. A previous mechanic I’ve used was never that punctual. Also if like they do a complimentary inspection even though I just needed my window motor replaced. The woman I spoke with was very nice and polite. Again, and this is a large part improvement compared to the last mechanic I used.
