Kind on the phone. Extremely attentive and thoughtful. Brought my rim to my car and removed it from my car a second time. Loved the text messages - Those were helpful. And the bag of treats left in the car was a thoughtful touch that just goes above and beyond. Also, they referred me to another person who could help with my rim. And called several places to help me find a rim for cheaper than dealer prices. Once again, above and beyond. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience instead of a frustrating one.
