I want to find an honest shop that I can trust is actually honest with me, and isn’t just interested in getting me to agree to the most expensive recommendation that I can be talked into. I’m on a retirement income, and I cannot afford to be cheated very often. Car repair is rampant with dishonest people, but I did not feel I was being taken advantage here. I know some repairs do cost a lot, and that is not my issue. Paying a proper price for what I actually need is all I’m after. I feel CB gives me the integrity of service I am seeking. At this point I plan on being a regular customer.

Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Everything about my visit exceeded my expectations. Very professional and knowledgeable service advisors. They were able to work with me and my time constraints to get my vehicle right in and get me on the road. The facility is first class and a welcome alternative to most of the repair facilities that are filthy dirty and poorly maintained. Nice touches with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and bottled water. A very pleasant surprise when I got in the car to leave and found a nice little gift of some chocolates.

Made me feel like the problem with our car would be taken care of, fiscally and honestly. And it was. In our first visit, they let me know the trouble was probably related to a manufacturer recall, and then advised me on where to get it repaired under warranty. Their honesty and knowledge will have me choose them again for our next automotive repair need.

They delivered on there promise to repair my old Ford Truck.
